About Our Services

For the last 17 years we have provided our community, local businesses, family and friends with exceptional food, and southern hospitality. We have the experience, staff, and resources to cater any event, large or small, formal or casual. Our Management team will discuss all your options to assist in the success and enjoyment of your event. 

Over the years, we have streamlined the menu selection process.  We provide a basic selection structure (see below) with an a la carte menu option.  This allows customization to suit your needs.

We are not limited to the following menus.  If you have something else in mind…just ask.

We can provide anything your event requires (tables, chairs, specific linen requests, china, glassware, flatware, dance floors, sound equipment, etc.)

You have enough on your plate.  Let us worry about filling everyone else’s.

SERVICE GUIDELINES

SELF-SERVED BUFFET

Buffet Attendant(s) – One Attendant will be provided per 25 guests and will have the following responsibilities:  Setup/breakdown of the buffet table(s), linen, chafers, sterno, and serving utensils.

Attendant will refill food items, change serving utensils as necessary, and answer questions about the meal or service.

PPE equipment as recommended by local guidelines.  (We will provide an automatic hand sanitizer station and disposable gloves at the beginning of the buffet).   

The Self-Service Buffet allows for 3 hours of included time (setup/service/breakdown) for the Attendant(s). 

Additional time will be billed at $25/hour for each Attendant.


STAFF-SERVED BUFFET

Includes everything listed in the Self-Service Buffet.

Requires one additional Buffet Attendant per 25 guests, billed at $25/hour.

Buffet Attendants serve guests from Buffet Line, refill drinks at guest tables, and clear dirty plates.

Depending on menu selection, carving stations, etc. additional staff may be required and billed accordingly.


BARTENDER FEE

75.00 PER HOUR PER BARTENDER

(DOES NOT INCLUDE ALCOHOL)


CHINA SERVICEWARE

WE PROVIDE

Formal dining setup and breakdown of our standard China (plates/bowls as needed, flatware, glass ware,) - $10/person.  

China Service requires one Dishwasher per 25/guests @ $25/hr.  

CLIENT PROVIDES

Formal Dining –SETUP ONLY - $5/person

BREAKDOWN ONLY - $5/person

*If we are required to wash/dry/pack client/rental items at venue, an addition Dishwasher will be required @ $25/hr.

**IF CLIENT IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TABLE LINEN SETUP, IT MUST BE COMPLETED BY OUR ARRIVAL/SETUP TIME.

On-site trash disposal is free of charge.  If trash must be removed from venue an additional charge will apply.

 GA Sales Tax of 7% and a 20% gratuity will be added.
